5 out of 10 women and 4 men in India suffer from urinary tract infection, find out its symptoms and treatment

5 Symptoms of Urinary Tract Infection-
1- Frequent urination- This is the most common symptom of urinary tract infection, in which a person needs to go to the bathroom frequently. Usually people don’t take this seriously, but this negligence can increase the transition.
2- Inflammation while passing urine: After this infection, there is an injury in the urinary tract, although this injury is minor but it causes inflammation. If you feel this way, contact your doctor without delay
3. Bleeding in the urine: Often many people get blood in the urine due to a urinary tract infection. This happens when the wound in the urinary tract becomes large. Nutrient deficiency is a major cause of urinary tract infections

Taking too many antibiotics weakens the immune system

Don’t let the body become too dehydrated
If your body is constantly dehydrated, it means you are drinking less water. Urine changes color due to dehydration. Dr. Shikha said, the more dehydrated the body, the more yellow the color of the urine will be. Excessive dehydration can lead to urinary tract infections. Therefore, at least 4 to 5 liters of water should be drunk in 24 hours.
